Welcome!


Welcome to my fitness blog!

I used to think that personal trainers must be these amazing athletes and perfect pillars of health. Yet as I began my own journey towards becoming a personal trainer I realized trainers are just regular people who have a passion for fitness. I hope that my own passion towards fitness, heath and  a balanced well being will be contagious enough to inspire or motivate others on their our journey.

This blog will contain stories of my own fitness struggles, triumphs, goals and personal opinions on topics ranging from fitness gear to food.
